Meg Cortezi

Meg leads high-energy, high-impact teams to create positive outcomes for our customers, consultants and employees. Responsible for our company’s sales strategy, Meg leverages decades of experience to drive transformation and deliver results. She believes that a strong sense of organizational purpose, a commitment to personal and professional growth, and leadership with a people-first mindset empowers her teams to bring their best selves to work.

Over the course of her career of more than 27 years at TEKsystems, she has held a variety of leadership positions, including overseeing business development and sales and driving regional and national customer strategies. Prior to her current role, Meg served as vice president of employee experience and led our employee strategy across talent management, human resources, professional development, diversity, inclusion and culture. She is committed to giving back and helping future generations, serving on the Board of Directors for both the Lilabean Foundation and the Pat Tillman Foundation. She lives in Northern Virginia with her wife and two sons.
