Charles Greensfelder

Charles has dedicated his career of 20-plus years to helping organizations define and execute finance-related initiatives and plan for future growth. Starting with TEKsystems in 2010, he has held various roles within our finance and operations team, including overseeing the evolution of TEKsystems Global Services—our technology services business. He works closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency across various business units. He is currently responsible for budgeting, forecasting, pricing and strategic planning, and he manages teams that provide critical operational support by developing and implementing processes and procedures that drive productivity and performance.

Charles is constantly working with partners across our company to accelerate business growth and deliver quality service to our customers and consultants. Inspired by our company’s purpose of creating opportunity, he enjoys leading teams and helping people build their careers. Outside the office, he devotes his time to his wife and family—he is one of seven children and a father of three boys.
