Pat Tillman Foundation Marks 20-Year Milestone: TEKsystems Honored To Sponsor 20th Pat’s Run

As the largest fundraiser for Tillman Scholars, TEKsystems supports the Annual Pat’s Run to continue supporting military service members, veterans and spouses.

(HANOVER, Md., March 26, 2024 ) – TEKsystems, a global provider of technology, business and talent solutions for more than 80% of the Fortune 500, announced today their continued sponsorship of the Pat Tillman Foundation’s 20th Annual Pat’s Run, Saturday, April 13, 2024. Pat’s Run raises funds for the Tillman Scholars program, which supports military service members, veterans and spouses with scholarships, leadership development and a global community of high-performing peers.

TEKsystems’ nine-year partnership with the Pat Tillman Foundation is part of the company’s larger commitment to supporting military service members, veterans and spouses. Over the past several years, TEKsystems has helped nearly 20,000 servicemen and servicewomen pursue their career aspirations in a wide variety of technology-related fields. The Pat Tillman Foundation unites and empowers military service members, veterans and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders committed to service beyond self.

Pat’s Run honors the legacy of Pat Tillman and remains the signature fundraiser for Tillman Scholars. Participants will run 4.2 miles through the streets of Tempe, Arizona—finishing on the 42-yard line of Sun Devil Stadium at Arizona State University. In addition to the main event, younger participants can run or walk in the 0.42-mile Kids Run. For those who can’t attend in person, runners and supporters can participate virtually or celebrate Pat’s legacy by running in their local communities across the country in Tillman Honor Runs with the foundation’s partners at Arizona State University and their alumni.
