Melanie Staley

Melanie (Mel) views personal and professional growth as a key driver of engagement that fuels our passion to serve our customers and each other. As senior vice president of regional operations, she oversees our sales force and ensures high performance across regions—attracting, retaining and developing the best talent and helping accelerate near-term performance and long-term transformational goals.

Mel prioritizes leading, coaching, developing and motivating our teams to advance customer relationships and exceed performance goals. After joining TEKsystems in 1999 as a technical recruiter, she became an account manager and then served as the director of business operations, leading the Sacramento, California, and Portland, Oregon, offices over a combined 10 years. Prior to her current role, she led the Northwest region as the regional vice president. Mel is a proud graduate of Southern Oregon University. She is passionate about staying active and being highly engaged with her family and children.
