Leaton Harris

Leaton has dedicated his career to helping people become the best version of themselves and driving organizational growth at TEKsystems. Committed to creating a strong culture of belonging, Leaton leads our internal and external diversity, equity and inclusion programs, marketplace diversity solutions, employee engagement team, and THRIVE, one of our key leadership development programs.

Prior to his current position, Leaton held leadership roles across the company, including overseeing multiple offices in North Carolina, where he doubled the size of the Charlotte office, making it one of the most successful markets in the U.S. He moved on to serve as the regional vice president for Canada and regional vice president for the Southeast region, managing all sales, recruiting, field and operational goals across 17 offices. Most recently serving as the vice president of career development, Leaton currently focuses on building diverse, inclusive, engaged teams within TEKsystems while helping customers do the same in their organizations. Leaton resides in Charlotte with his wife and two children. He is an avid runner and is passionate about sports, particularly concerning his alma mater—the University of North Carolina Tar Heels.
