Faith Rottmann Johnson

Faith believes that businesses can gain a competitive edge by investing in their people. Over her career of more than 28 years, she has created connections between the success of our company and the success of our people to drive growth. Faith leads our global strategic human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition and management strategy, and corporate social responsibility programs. She helps TEKsystems build a high-performance, inclusive team while driving positive impacts in our global communities.

Devoting her entire career to human resources and earning her master’s degree early on, Faith joined Allegis Group in 1997 and was promoted to vice president of human resources in 2012, where she’s focused on supporting our company’s strategic priorities and purpose since. She is passionate about attracting skilled, enthusiastic people to TEKsystems, fostering inclusive workplaces and enacting change in the communities where we work and live. Faith enjoys actively supporting the community and serves on the National Board of Per Scholas and the Board of Business Volunteers of Maryland. Outside the office, you can find her playing pickleball, gardening, reading and pursuing her wine sommelier certification. She spends her free time with her husband and daughter and cheering on their hometown sports teams.
