Ricardo Madan

Ricardo has devoted his career to developing people, serving customers, and designing and building technology solutions and products. He’s focused on driving growth and supporting the success of his team, customers and community while currently serving as the senior vice president and head of TEKsystems Global Services, our technology services division. With 25-plus years’ experience, Ricardo has immersed himself in every aspect of the digital transformation journey, helping to shape our company’s $1 billion-plus technology services, products and capabilities. Since starting his career at TEKsystems in 1998 as a technical recruiter, he has been fortunate to hold a variety of customer-facing and leadership roles over the years. Ricardo is currently responsible for TEKsystems’ consulting and system integrator business—TEKsystems Global Services.

Ricardo is passionate about cultivating diversity in the tech industry. He has served as an executive mentor for HITEC’s Emerging Executive Program, guiding and advising future Hispanic technology professionals and business leaders. He is also a founding member of the TEKsystems Executive Inclusion Board, which helps build an authentically inclusive and psychologically safe culture. Ricardo is a graduate of Barry University and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and two children, reading, golfing, attending youth soccer games, and participating in community outreach.
