Jeff Mason

Jeff believes an organization’s success is rooted in their culture—one that rewards a strong work ethic and encourages personal and professional growth. As senior vice president of strategy and transformation, he leads our company’s transformation efforts and oversees marketing, sales enablement, strategic communications and organizational change management. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of TEKsystems Global Services, leading strategy, communications and project management to evolve our company into the global business and technology services company it is today.

Jeff’s 25-plus years with the company have been highly rewarding because he’s had the opportunity to develop and support others the same way leaders have done for him. Joining TEKsystems in 1996, he has held multiple leadership positions over the years, including leading a globally distributed project management office, acquisition integration and business transformation and managing global delivery operations. Jeff is proud to be a part of an organization that brings value to customers both at a resourcing level and at an outcome-based level. He is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, and lives in Maryland with his wife and children.
