The challenge: Customer-Wide Modernisation

As part of their platform modernisation roadmap, our client’s India entity kickstarted key strategic initiatives to enhance their service offerings to B2B and B2C customers. This included upgrading their CRM, sales services, customer support, marketing solutions, and enterprise commerce platforms.

While our client engaged several system integrators and outcome-based service providers, they wanted a more cost-effective solution to fulfil their project resourcing requirements, without compromising on quality. In addition, they needed access to specialists in different technologies including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Magento, and Marketo. Lacking the expertise in-house to drive these platform modernisation initiatives, our client was prompted to explore strategic alternatives and external resourcing options.
