As part of their massive technology uplift, our client wanted to revamp their legacy policing systems and integrate new digital capabilities into their workforce. This was key to addressing existing vulnerabilities, reducing incident response time, and effectively detecting and responding to criminal activities.

Delivering these enterprise-wise digital transformations was no mean feat. Several core policing systems had to be revamped and integrated and new tools had to be introduced without compromising existing day-to-day operations. Our client needed access to seasoned SMEs across different functional and technical skillsets who could effectively plan and deliver these initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy.

To streamline the hiring process, TEKsystems conducted a rigorous screening process to assess the skills, experience, and motivations of each candidate through face-to-face interviews, technical assessments, and multiple reference checks. We then submitted a shortlist of highly qualified candidates who matched the requirements of the line managers. This helped to boost conversion from shortlist-interview and interview-offer, enabling our client to onboard multiple hires within a shorter timeframe than expected.
